Superior Machine Co. of S.C., Inc. (Superior) announces the expansion of its engineering capabilities by opening an office in Brecksville, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio.

President and C.E.O., Kent Carraway, announced today that the company is expanding its engineering resources by opening an office to house additional engineering resources needed to meet the growing demands of their business, particularly within the steel industry.   

Superior currently has design engineering offices at its Florence, S.C. headquarters.  However, Mr. Carraway noted, “We chose to expand in Cleveland for a variety of reasons.  We found a very good facility.  Cleveland is a city known for having good engineering talent, and we have a strong segment of our customer base located in the Midwest.”

He also noted, “Technology today facilitates engineering type work to be performed virtually anywhere.”
